Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Toppings of your choice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degree
- Whisk together both dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Knead together until smooth
- Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken and roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
- Place the dough on parchment paper over pan . Using a fork, poke holes across the crust
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown
- Top and bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Slice and serve hot
