Gluten-Free Flax Flour Keto Flat Bread

  • 1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Toppings of your choice


  • Preheat oven to 400 degree
  • Whisk together both dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Knead together until smooth
  • Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken and roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
  • Place the dough on parchment paper over pan . Using a fork, poke holes across the crust
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown
  • Top and bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted
  • Slice and serve hot
