Hemp Seed Pudding with Fruit

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas ( just ripe)
  • 1 cup berries ( fresh or frozen)
  • 2 Tbsp milk/non dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup to taste
  • 4 Tbsp Organic milled roasted hemp seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Organic milled roasted flaxseed

Directions

  • Using a food processor/blender add bananas, berries, syrup and milk. Blend to combine.
  • Add cinnamon, milled roasted hemp seeds and milled roasted flax. Pulse to combine well.
  • Transfer into 3-4 serving dishes or glasses.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  • Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days
