Enhance your Favourite Pizza with Omega 3s by adding Flax Flour.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup room temp water
- ¼ tsp yeast
- 1/16 tsp sugar
- 1.5 Tbs Olive Oil
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup flax flour
- 1.5 Tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Add yeast and sugar to room temperature water. Let sit 8-10 minutes and then stir
- ADD 1.5 Tbsp oil
- Mix flour and salt together.
- Add the yeast mixture and the water into the flour in a large mixer with bread dough attachment.
- Mix for 10 minutes until soft and sticky.
- Cover with plastic and let it sit 30 minutes – 1 hour.
- Divide into balls (you may have to roll in extra flour) 12.5 oz each
- Let sit for 24 – 48 hours in proofing trays in the fridge.
- Remove from the fridge 2-3 hours before you start making pizzas.
