To accomplish this, we adhere to zero deforestation, no irrigation, and continuous crop rotation, allowing the land to thrive in its most natural state while leaving behind a low carbon and water footprint.

In addition, flax and hemp plants are naturally pest resistant. All of this helps to maintain the surrounding soil quality, and protect the insects and plants that live alongside them. CanMar’s flax and hemp are also non-GMO, meaning it is grown naturally and doesn’t use genetic modification to enhance crops.
