Tropical Smoothie with Roasted Hemp Seeds

Serves 3

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cups milk or non dairy milk
2 cups fresh spinach
1 medium frozen banana
1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple
1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
6 tbsps roasted hemp seeds (whole or milled)

DIRECTIONS

Place milk or non dairy in blender.
Add spinach, banana, fruit and roasted hemp seeds.
Start blending on low and increase to high for about 60 seconds.
Pour into high glasses and enjoy right away.
Substitute mango or pineapple with any other tropical fruit.
