Gluten- Free Flax Flour Bread Sticks
These Gluten-Free Flax Flour Breadsticks are absolutely delicious!

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp rosemary
1tsp oregano
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
3 large eggs
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Toppings of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Mix wet ingredients and whisk together to blend completely. Add wet ingredients to dry and knead together until smooth
Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken
Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
Divide the dough in quarters and then divide each quarter into pieces
Wet your fingers in a bowl of water and roll & press the dough to form breadsticks and add toppings
Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until light golden brown
