Gluten-Free Flax Flour Keto Flat Bread

Flat Bread

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
3 large eggs
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Toppings of your choice

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degree
Whisk together both dry ingredients and wet ingredients. Knead together until smooth
Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken and roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
Place the dough on parchment paper over pan . Using a fork, poke holes across the crust
Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until light golden brown
Top and bake 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted
Slice and serve hot
