Greek Yogurt Crunch
Amazingly smooth, crunchy and nutty at the same time.
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
150 g (2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
30 g (4 tbsp) Golden roasted (whole seed or milled) flaxseed
20 ml (2 tbsp) Honey
DIRECTIONS
Place yogurt equally into two glasses.
Sprinkle with liquid honey.
Top with roasted flaxseed.
Enjoy right away! Use flavoured yogurt in combination with plain milled roasted flaxseed. Yield: 2 Servings.
