This single-serve quick microwave flax flour mug muffin recipe is your healthy cheat meal!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp CanMar Flax Flour
- 2 tbsp finely chopped nuts or seeds of your choice
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 egg
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup/Honey
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Directions
- Blend all the dry ingredients together
- Whisk egg, honey/maple syrup and blend all the ingredients together into a batter
- Pour the batter into a mug sprayed with oil
- Microwave 1 minutes 15 seconds
- Cool and enjoy
