Autumn Orange Shake

Orange Shake

INGREDIENTS

1 cup yogurt
1 cup milk
1 large orange, peeled, segmented
1 banana, peeled, cut in pieces
2 tbsp brown sugar or honey or Maple syrup
4 tbsp milled golden roasted flaxseed
1/2 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well until smooth and serve right away.
