Autumn Orange Shake

Serves 3

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large orange, peeled, segmented
  • 1 banana, peeled, cut in pieces
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey or Maple syrup
  • 4 tbsp milled golden roasted flaxseed
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend well until smooth and serve right away.
