Blueberry Roasted Flax Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup milled golden roasted flaxseed
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp canola oil or butter

Directions

  • Sift together all dry ingredients.
  • Combine egg, milk and oil.
  • Add dry ingredients stirring until just moistened.
  • Add blueberries.
  • Bake on hot griddle.
  • Makes 8 pancakes.
