- 4 strawberries, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. blueberries+ a few extras for decoration
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, cut in small squares
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 4 Tbsp. milled roasted flax
- 5 Tbsp whole seed roasted flax
- 2 Mason jars ( 2 cups/1/2 quart filling capacity)
Directions
- Layer fruit, yogurt and flax
- pineapples
- ½ cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. milled flax
- 3 Tbsp blueberries
- ¼ cup yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. Whole seed roasted flax
- Finish with strawberries
- Top with ¼ cup yogurt
- Sprinkle with remaining roasted flax and top with remaining blueberries
