Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
- 4 tbsp milled roasted hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp whole roasted hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp cranberries, raisins or grated cheese( optional)
- 1 cup milk or non dairy milk
Directions
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, hemp seeds.
- Add melted butter/margarine and mix with two forks to get a crumbly mixture
- Add cranberries, raisins or grated cheese, if desired
- Gradually add milk and mix just until moistened.
- With a table spoon drop 12 heaps on a parchment lined cookie sheet
- Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes
