Crunchy Hemp Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 tbsp milled roasted hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp whole roasted hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp cranberries, raisins or grated cheese( optional)
  • 1 cup milk or non dairy milk

Directions

  • Combine flour, baking powder, salt, hemp seeds.
  • Add melted butter/margarine and mix with two forks to get a crumbly mixture
  • Add cranberries, raisins or grated cheese, if desired
  • Gradually add milk and mix just until moistened.
  • With a table spoon drop 12 heaps on a parchment lined cookie sheet
  • Bake at 400 F for 8-10 minutes
