Flax Flour Cheese Crackers

Cheese Crackers

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp rosemary
1tsp oregano
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
3 large eggs
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 400 degree
Mix together dry and wet ingredients. Knead together to form a dough until smooth
Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken. Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
Place parchment paper over pan. Using a fork, poke holes across the crust and line the desired cracker shape using a knife
Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown
Cool and enjoy
