Flax Flour Cheese Crackers

  • 1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp rosemary
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil


  • Preheat oven to 400 degree
  • Mix together dry and wet ingredients. Knead together to form a dough until smooth
  • Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken. Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
  • Place parchment paper over pan Using a fork, poke holes across the crust and line the desired cracker shape using a knife
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown
  • Cool and enjoy
