Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen black berries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tsbp milled roasted flaxseed
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk or more
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and sprinkle with roasted flaxseeds.
