Flax Berry Smoothie

Full of powerful antioxidants!

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen black berries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1 frozen banana
2 cups fresh spinach
2 tsbp milled roasted flaxseed
1 tbsp almond butter
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk or more

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve immediately and sprinkle with roasted flaxseeds.
Serves 1.
