Flax Berry Smoothie

Full of powerful antioxidants!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen black berries
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tsbp milled roasted flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or more

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and sprinkle with roasted flaxseeds.
  • Serves 1.
