Golden roasted flax adds a crunch to this summer fresh fruit salad.

Ingredients
- 1 cup (250 ml) red or green grapes (sliced optional)
- 1 cup (250 ml) strawberries-sliced
- 1 medium sized apple (peeled and cut)
- 2 kiwis (peeled and cut)
- 1 banana (peeled and cut)
- 8 tbsp. (60g) roasted flax (milled or whole seed)
- 1 cup (250 ml) watermelon
- 1 tbsp. (15 ml) brown sugar
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5 ml) cinnamon

Directions
- Mix brown sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in a small bowl
- Set aside
- Slice, dice and mix together all fruits
- Drizzle sauce on fruit
- Mix, top with milled golden roasted flaxseed and serve
- You may serve this dessert with ice cream
