These Gluten-Free Flax Flour Breadsticks are absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1tsp rosemary
- 1tsp oregano
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Toppings of your choice
Directions
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Mix wet ingredients and whisk together to blend completely. Add wet ingredients to dry and knead together until smooth
- Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken
- Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
- Divide the dough in quarters and then divide each quarter into pieces
- Wet your fingers in a bowl of water and roll & press the dough to form breadsticks and add toppings
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until light golden brown
