Gluten- Free Flax Flour Bread Sticks

These Gluten-Free Flax Flour Breadsticks are absolutely delicious!

  • 1 1/2 cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp rosemary
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Toppings of your choice


  • Add dry ingredients and mix well
  • Mix wet ingredients and whisk together to blend completely. Add wet ingredients to dry and knead together until smooth
  • Let rest about 5 minutes to thicken
  • Roll the dough thin using a rolling pin and brush the top with egg wash
  • Divide the dough in quarters and then divide each quarter into pieces
  • Wet your fingers in a bowl of water and roll & press the dough to form breadsticks and add toppings
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees or until light golden brown
