Using this amount of flaxseed in the flour blend keeps it versatile enough to use in most any baking recipe.
- 1 1/2 cups brown rice flour (240 g)
- 1 1/2 cups potato starch (288 g)
- 1 cup tapioka flour (120 g)
- 1 cup milled golden roasted flaxseed (130 g)
- Combine all ingedients until well blended.
- Store in an air tight container.
