Gluten-Free Fudgy Flax Flour Brownies
This fudgy chocolate brownie makes you drool with a healthy twist!
Serves 12
INGREDIENTS
½ cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
½ cup cocoa Powder
1 tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 cup sugar/keto friendly sweetener
½ cup milk
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs
2 tsp nut butter
¼ cup chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Add dry ingredients and mix well
Mix and cream the wet ingredients together
Gently mix wet and dry ingredients to form a batter
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter and pour it evenly on the pan lined with parchment paper
Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20-27 minutes
Set pan over a wire rack to cool then cut into squares
