Gluten-Free Fudgy Flax Flour Brownies

This fudgy chocolate brownie makes you drool with a healthy twist!

Ingredients

  • ½ cup CanMar Golden Flax Flour
  • ½ cup cocoa Powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup sugar/keto friendly sweetener
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp nut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F
  • Add dry ingredients and mix well
  • Mix and cream the wet ingredients together
  • Gently mix wet and dry ingredients to form a batter
  • Fold the chocolate chips into the batter and pour it evenly on the pan lined with parchment paper
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, about 20-27 minutes
  • Set pan over a wire rack to cool then cut into squares
