Greek Yogurt Crunch

Amazingly smooth, crunchy and nutty at the same time.

Serves 2.

Ingredients

  • 150 g (2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
  • 30 g (4 tbsp) Golden roasted (whole seed or milled) flaxseed
  • 20 ml (2 tbsp) Honey

Directions

  • Place yogurt equally into two glasses.
  • Sprinkle with liquid honey.
  • Top with roasted flaxseed.
  • Enjoy right away! Use flavored yogurt in combination with plain milled roasted flaxseed. Yield: 2 Servings.
