- 150 g (2/3 cup) Greek yogurt
- 30 g (4 tbsp) Golden roasted (whole seed or milled) flaxseed
- 20 ml (2 tbsp) Honey
- Place yogurt equally into two glasses.
- Sprinkle with liquid honey.
- Top with roasted flaxseed.
- Enjoy right away! Use flavored yogurt in combination with plain milled roasted flaxseed. Yield: 2 Servings.
