Powerful Omega-3 rich smoothie to start the day!

Green Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp milled roasted flax seeds
Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
A handful of spinach
1 mango, cubed
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp CanMar golden flax oil

DIRECTIONS

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve right away.
Serves 1.
