Green Smoothie

Powerful Omega-3 rich smoothie to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp milled roasted flax seeds
  • Honey or Maple Syrup to taste
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 mango, cubed
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 tsp CanMar golden flax oil

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve right away.
  • Serves 1.
