Lettuce Roll Up with Roasted Flaxseed
Favourite lunch.
Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS
4 leaves lettuce
4 slices turkey breast
4 slices cheese
2 tbsp mustard
2 tbps whole golden roasted flaxseed

DIRECTIONS
Spread the mustard on the lettuce as you would on a slice of bread.
Top with golden roasted flaxseed. Replace mustard with hot sauce, BBQ sauce or mayonnaise.
Add a slice of ham and cheese each.
Roll up and enjoy!
