Lettuce Roll Up with Roasted Flaxseed

  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 4 slices turkey breast
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbps whole golden roasted flaxseed

Directions

  • Spread the mustard on the lettuce as you would on a slice of bread.
  • Top with golden roasted flaxseed. Replace mustard with hot sauce, BBQ sauce or mayonnaise..
  • Add a slice of ham and cheese each.
  • Roll up and enjoy!
