Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Cold expresso or strong coffee
  • 2 Tbsp Milled organic golden roasted flax
  • 1 Tbsp Cocoa (unsweetened)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Honey or Maple syrup

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour in high glasses and serve immediately.
  • Serves 2. Adjusted honey/Maple syrup content to taste.
