Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup barley flakes
- 2 cups granola ( homemade or store bought)
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup roasted whole flaxseed
- 1/2 cup roasted milled flaxseed
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup raisin
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
- Serving size: 1/3 cup
- Place muelsi mix into a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Mix well.
- Grate 1/2 apple or 1/2 pear and add to mix.
- Add 1/2 banana.
- Mix well and enjoy.
