Muesli Deluxe

A truly swiss inspired breakfast.

Fruit Bowl

INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup barley flakes
2 cups granola (homemade or store bought)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup roasted whole flaxseed
1/2 cup roasted milled flaxseed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup raisin
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup slivered almonds

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Serving size: 1/3 cup
Place muelsi mix into a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Mix well.
Grate 1/2 apple or 1/2 pear and add to mix.
Add 1/2 banana.
Mix well and enjoy.
