A truly swiss inspired breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup barley flakes
  • 2 cups granola ( homemade or store bought)
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup roasted whole flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup roasted milled flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisin
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container.
  • Serving size: 1/3 cup
  • Place muelsi mix into a bowl, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of plain yogurt. Mix well.
  • Grate 1/2 apple or 1/2 pear and add to mix.
  • Add 1/2 banana.
  • Mix well and enjoy.
