- 250 g chream cheese
- 2 tsp CanMar golden flax oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs, finely chopped
- In a small bowl combine softened cream cheese, flax oil, garlic and fresh herbs.
- Blend all ingredients until entirely mixed in.
- Cover and refrigerate until served.
- Serve with freshly cut up veggies, flax crackers or baguette.
