Pizza Dough (With Flax Flour) Half Recipe

Enhance your Favourite Pizza with Omega 3s by adding Flax Flour.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cup room temp water
¼ tsp yeast
1/16 tsp sugar
1.5 Tbs Olive Oil
 
3 cups flour
1 cup flax flour
1.5 Tbsp salt
2 cups water

DIRECTIONS

Add yeast and sugar to room temperature water. Let sit 8-10 minutes and then stir
ADD 1.5 Tbsp oil
 
Mix flour and salt together.
Add the yeast mixture and the water into the flour in a large mixer with bread dough attachment.
Mix for 10 minutes until soft and sticky.
Cover with plastic and let it sit 30 minutes – 1 hour.
Divide into balls (you may have to roll in extra flour) 12.5 oz each
Let sit for 24 – 48 hours in proofing trays in the fridge.
Remove from the fridge 2-3 hours before you start making pizzas.
