Ingredients
- 1 bunch mixed leaves, washed, ripped into bite size pieces
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 avocado, peeled and sliced
- 6 tbsp roasted whole hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Juice from 2 lemons
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp honey
Dressing
Directions
- Place salad leaves, veggies and avocade in a large bowl
- In a small bowl mix together dressing.
- Just before serving mix salad with dressing.
- Top with roasted hemp seeds.
