Roasted Hemp Seed Dip
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Greek yoghurt or Skandinavian yogurt SKYR
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp whole roasted hemp seeds
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients, except hemp seeds, into a bowl and mix well.
Fold in hemp seeds just before serving.
Garnish with roasted hemp seeds and green onion.
