Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt or Skandinavian yogurt SKYR
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp whole roasted hemp seeds
Directions
- Place all ingredients, except hemp seeds, into a bowl and mix well.
- Fold in hemp seeds just before serving.
- Garnish with roasted hemp seeds and green onion.
