Roasted Hemp Seed Fruit Parfait

Fruit Parfait

INGREDIENTS

2 bananas (just ripe)
2 cups berries (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbsp milk/non dairy milk
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup to taste
4 Tbsp Organic milled roasted hemp seeds
1 Tbsp Organic milled roasted flaxseed
1 pinch cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Using a food processor/blender add bananas, berries, syrup and milk. Blend to combine.
Add cinnamon, milled roasted hemp seeds and milled roasted flax. Pulse to combine well.
Transfer into 3-4 serving dishes or glasses.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days
