Ingredients
- 2 bananas ( just ripe)
- 2 cups berries ( fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp milk/non dairy milk
- 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup to taste
- 4 Tbsp Organic milled roasted hemp seeds
- 1 Tbsp Organic milled roasted flaxseed
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Directions
- Using a food processor/blender add bananas, berries, syrup and milk. Blend to combine.
- Add cinnamon, milled roasted hemp seeds and milled roasted flax. Pulse to combine well.
- Transfer into 3-4 serving dishes or glasses.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Keeps well in the fridge for 2-3 days
