Triple Berry Flax Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk (skim, 2% or vegan milk)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) strawberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) red raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) Golden Roasted Flaxseed ( whole seed or milled)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 cup (375 ml) plain yogurt 1 %

Directions

  • Combine milk, fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, juice, honey, and flax in a blender.
  • Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
