Tropical Smoothie with Roasted Hemp Seeds

  • 1 1/2 cups milk or non dairy milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pine apple
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
  • 6 tbsps roasted hemp seeds ( whole or milled)


  • Place milk or non dairy in blender.
  • Add spinach.banana, fruit and roasted hemp seeds.
  • Start blending on low and increase to high for about 60 seconds.
  • Pour into high glasses and enjoy right away.
  • Substitute mango or pineapple with any other tropical fruit.
