- 1 1/2 cups milk or non dairy milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pine apple
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango
- 6 tbsps roasted hemp seeds ( whole or milled)
- Place milk or non dairy in blender.
- Add spinach.banana, fruit and roasted hemp seeds.
- Start blending on low and increase to high for about 60 seconds.
- Pour into high glasses and enjoy right away.
- Substitute mango or pineapple with any other tropical fruit.
